Our wax melts are designed to fill your home with welcoming aromas. They're cruelty-free and free from phthalates and parabens, so you can enjoy a guilt-free fragrance experience.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $50.

Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 5 business days (Processing Time Subject To Change Based On Order Volume). Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

We use USPS for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

Note: All orders are sent when all items are ready in full - this means that if you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will wait until that latest item is available and then will be sent out at the same time.

You can find all care instructions on the inner care card of your package, however standard care options for our meltcup(s) are as follows:

- Only use warmers approved for wax melts.

- Never leave a burning wax melt unattended.

- Do not burn your wax warmer for more than 4 hours at a time {This is not a stead fast rule. It's important to remember that over time, the fragrance from the wax melt will naturally diminish. To maintain a strong fragrance throw, replace the wax melt once you notice that the scent is starting to fade.}

- Use your wax warmer on a flat and stable surface.

- Keep away from children and pets.

- Keep away from things that can catch fire.

- Do NOT add water or fragrance oils.

For optimal performance we recommend using a tealight burner or an electric wax warmer with a 25w-30w bulb, an electric 25w heating plate wax warmer or halogen bulb wax warmer. Simply slice the wax into 6 triangles, drop 1 or 2 triangles on your warmer (depending on warmer bowl size) and you’re all set to enjoy a luscious burst of delightful-ness.
